By offering a practical approach coupled with exceptional design, we enhance our client’s overall experience from architectural concept through to project completion, drawing on our passion for timeless, classic and proportional design and extensive industry and technical knowledge in both architecture and construction.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Good design alone is not enough for a successful project. By providing a full suite of architectural services, combined with the knowledge of construction and practicality, MILEHAM ensures our client’s renovation, new build and property development projects benefit from the foresight of identifying possible design issues or build challenges at an early stage, and rectifying these. With strong collaboration between design and building, our client’s projects benefit from exposure to current construction costs, ensuring the design stage is kept in check with our client’s overall project budget.
With each project our clients receive:
- Detailed, onsite consultation
- Initial concept design with our Principal Architect, to review and discuss ahead of the detailed design phase
- Dedicated, full time Architectural Designer for each project
- Regular design reviews and feedback sessions
- Management of all consultant requirements (surveyor, stormwater, engineer)
- Management of all DA or CDC approval processes and requirements
- Every design overseen, reviewed and approved by our Principal Architect
- Detailed construction plans
- Progression to construction quote (if request

We work with trusted and experienced contractors and tradespersons to ensure focus is maintained on achieving the level of detail and quality finish our clients expect. We provide clarity to the construction process ensuring that expectations laid out in the design stage are carried through to completion. Consideration to time and budget, and managing these effectively and transparently, is of upmost importance to ensure a successful outcome. In addition to providing Property Development Management services, we also undertake in-house property developments and welcome the opportunity to partner on projects.
