The whole building is infested with cockroaches with no attempt from landlords to fix, in at least the last 5 years.
3 washing machines to service almost 40 apartments, which seem to always be out of order. Extremely aggressive landlord who has no issue entering your apartment without your permission.
We cleaned the apartment with professionals and even fixed a couple of things that were broken when we moved in and landlord still didn't give bond back. If there are any problems you are told to contact the on-site caretaker who has a 'Do not knock' sign on his door and if you do manage to get him to answer the door (many times he won't) get ready to deal with more aggression and his door slamming in your face. Living here was not worth losing my health over.
