MJ Conveyancing in Box Hill

I have MJ Conveyancing to do my property and it was very bad experiences.
I have tried to call them and never pick up and even if they did pick up the call. Everyone of the staff speaking Chinese straight away. Is this even an Australia firm?
Good luck in getting in touch with Megan or Jo, the staff away say they're in meeting and will get back to you... guess WHAT they never did.
MJ Conveyancing never follow up on my final inspection issues as they just give me an answer saying what you buy at that time is what you get. Everything damage or dirt in the property they always tell me is wear and tear, even I ask them to ask on my behalf to the previous owner to clean it, they simple say no... they would not do it for you. MJ Conveyancing did not acting on behalf of our interest throughout the transactions.

As a recommendation do not use them!! or you will regret. If you have them to do your property transaction change it straight away!!

MJ Conveyancing pay high commission for real estate agent, if real estate agent refer you to them, it is all about the money. I know this is because I have spoken to one of the real estate around that area that is use to refer client to them!!

My family was about to use MJ Conveyancing as a recommendation from the real estate agent sold the property for us. However me and my husband find them very dishonest in their business.
The reason is my parent able to speak Chinese and found MJ conveyancing able to speak chinese was convenience for them. However when my parent ask for the price Jo told them it was $890.00, when my parent told me this I was abit concern due to the real estate told me their price was $680.
We went over there and speak english to them and Jo advised me it was correct as $680.00. Therefore I am thinking to myself, if a Chinese person come and don't know the price you will charge them extra higher?
Due to this reason we never went with them and we go to another firm Gordon Conveyancing in Doncaster road.

NEVER TRUST THEM!!! Dishonest firm.. don't know what you will be charge if you go with them.
