Modern Decoration Pty Ltd in Bibra Lake

I had a side fence put up, they said they would remove the old asbestos fence but they didn't, they just cut it off at ground level.
The fence was secured to my limestone garden bed wall which broke from the force of the fence, it was not cemented in the ground correctly and they also bolted the fence to my existing patio, which is moving now from the fence moving/bending and twisting.
I have tried and my neighbour to call Lu the installer: he is not returning any calls and is ignoring photos and messages I am sending him.
