Momo Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu are authentic Japanese beef hot pot recipes. The dishes are inspired by the Japanese culinary custom of families getting together to share a steaming pot of meat and vegetables during the months of winter in Japan. At Momo Sukiyaki & Shabu Shabu, we can try the unique Japanese cuisine experience at highly affordable prices. At our Japanese restaurant, each table is fitted with hot plates, which allows the guests to engage in the background of making their meal - the culinary enthusiasts select the broth to form the base of the hot pot, choose from thinly sliced Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork, live seafood, local vegetables and a variety of Japanese tapas which can be dipped in homemade sauce.

The broth in the Sukiyaki is much thicker-sweeter than the broth in Shabu Shabu which is thinner & savoury.
