Bought two slip pillow cases in July which didn't match my linen so went to exchange it for another colour but they ran out of stock and "we're having renovations" so I had to wait until after they opened up again in September and was told that I was going to receive a call when they opened up again.
I never received a call and decided to check. The store was open again but made me pay an extra $10 for the pillows as they increased in price after renovations even though it was written on the receipt that they were going to honour the same price as I purchased it for. I was told it's "only an extra $10" and that it's been too long.
I'm surprised that you would let a customer leave upset and angry and to never return over "just $10" pathetic customer service. I think I should have received a call as soon as you received stock as it was a customer order yet it was my fault for not checking back to see when the stock arrived. I will never return nor recommend this store.
