Okinja Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten caters to children from birth to 6 years old. We are located in the stunning beach side suburb of Alexandra Headland, we are open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. We value a two-way communication, working with families and respecting their role as the child's first educator. We have experienced and dedicated educators with the passion for the children's' well-being and education. We have a state-of-the-art purpose built centre with modern amenities and spacious indoor rooms. Fundamental to the Early Years Learning Framework is a view of children’s lives as characterised by belonging, being and becoming. We believe that a connection to their environment is an essential component of developing a sense of belonging. We encourage this through sustainable practices, teaching about our location and surrounding habitats and developing a love of the environment in all children.
