These men had no customer service skills and were determined for me to pay a deposit within a few minutes of walking into the warehouse.
I spoke to the receptionist and he was great over the phone and via email, if it weren't for him I wouldn't have even visited them all the way from Richmond. I felt like I was being forced to pay a deposit in order to get some proper answers and assistance. Karl came off as aggressive and quite scary to be honest...
The warehouse was disgusting with a tip for the front yard. Literally rubbish, lounges and boxes filled with rubbish are at the front of their warehouse.
Poorly presented, terrible sales skills and pressuring money hungry people with no sense of customer service.
Stick to Caesarstone people.
