We used Pack and Send recently to send a package overseas, when we discovered we were scammed we asked Pack and Send to redirect it back to their store. They successfully stopped the package (thank God!), this is why they have one star but everything else was horrendous.
The owner repeatedly told me he didn't know when I would get it back, he told me he called and emailed DHL and I couldn't pick up myself, every day it was on hold, I was so stressed thinking maybe it is now lost, I wasn't sleeping much either so after another phone call to Pack and Send where the owner basically hung up on me I phoned DHL and was told Pack and Send haven't communicated with them to return the package and I could pick it up with a authority from Pack and Send...!!
I do not recommend this business.
