Absolutely the worst pet store in Chatswood.
Selling products that are harmful to guinea pig's health such as harnesses (cause back discomfort and injury), lucerne that causes bladder stones in guinea pigs, and old/low quality straw and hay.
Offer absolutely terrible advise about their products.
The conditions the rabbits and guinea pigs are in is very crammed. I asked the sales assistant how often the cages are cleaned, the answer was every 4 days - and 4 adult rabbits were in each of the small cages. The smell is very strong. I do not recommend this retailer.
Go to Pet Barn Chatswood or your local vet for safe, quality pet products. If you wish to get a new pet, Pet Barn Chatswood also have dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs available for adoption through the RSPCA. Don't go to Pet Town Chatswood!
