POGO Physio in Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast

My experience at Pogo has been amazing. When you walk in the door, you are treated like family. The girls in reception are very friendly and helpful. Lewis my physio writes out a full programme of exercise and makes sure you understand. Pilates have helped so much and I look forward to going each week. I now run feeling more confident not having the ham-string problems. I am looking forward to running with team Pogo at the Gold Coast Marathon.
