Remote Equipment Repairs in Point Cook

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have used this company in the past when they were in the CBD. I had an urgent repair job to be completed so I made my way out to their Point Cook site. I got a quote for the work and it was due to be completed in a week. I mentioned that the deadline was very important. The work had still not completed after a week and it when it passed the due date, I rang and they told me it would not be ready for another many days. I told them that unfortunately I was out of time and had to leave, and would have to come and pick it up without the work being done. Jaquie (Staff) replied without any apology and in a very dismissive manner 'fine come and pick it up'. I told her I was not at all happy about the work order or professionalism and she replied 'Whatever'.
