Rendezvous At The Cosmopolitan in Bankstown

Decided to have lunch at this place today, what a mistake that was! Placed my order, and the waitress messed up my coffee order twice! I was naturally a bit annoyed at this point and told her it was wrong again and she said she was new! Then to my surprise, the woman who makes the coffees behind the counter, comes over to my table in a huff and in my face tells me I had no right to tell her off about my coffee order! She said, No one talks to my employees like that, and I told her, I simply told her, I said to the waitress go off and get it right this time! I also told her, I was the customer, didn't I have any rights in telling the waitress that she had messed up my coffee order twice! I also told the lady, perhaps she should have someone who has worked there for a while, to go around with the new girl to make sure she gets customer's orders right, and here I get abused for this waitresses inability to fulfill a customer's order! That woman should have said something to that new girl, instead I got the shaft! When the food arrived, I walked out! So that food was wasted, and was my way of telling that woman she can't treat her customers like that, and I wouldn't go back there, because obviously, anytime her employees screw up an order that's OK, just don't go and make your voice heard to the employee that they made a mistake! I intend to tell all my friends to stay clear of this restaurant! I wouldn't have given this place any stars at all, but the review won't go through unless I give it a star rating, so if I must, I will leave only a 1 star rating, even though, it doesn't deserve nothing!
