They started off ok. Their work was not bad, but I wanted to tweak it, and I was made to feel like I was wasting their time for wanting to improve my plans. I wasn't even expecting free tweaks, I offered to pay multiple times. I also gave them an early 5 star review online and showed it them, thinking they would appreciate the boost to their business reputation, and see the benefits of good customer service and continued support. It didn't work. I guess most people are not as particular as me, but if you are particular, and you are willing to pay to get things done properly, then RJS & Price might not be the architects for you.
