Royal Drycleaners in Joondalup

My wife took an expensive dress to be dry cleaned which was stained. After inspection she was quoted $30 to remove the stain and when she presented to pick the garment up the stain was still present. She was advised that she was expected to pay for a service that wasn't delivered. The owner was rude and obviously considers that the payment was for his effort and not for delivery of a successful service. Wouldn't recommend this business model or the service delivery to anyone. The following is the stated company objective "At Royal Drycleaners we understand what our customers want and expect — excellence in dry cleaning and fast, friendly service". Failed on both counts.
