Samuel Showcase Jewellers in Fountain Gate

Got a bracelet from Sameal jeweler's Fountain gate it was to big so asked to get it resized, told me three days.
One week went by I called they said the guy was sick! Never bothered to call me to advise me that it will be longer.
Charging me $45 for it and waited a mouth for it! The old man assuming he is the manager has absolutely no people skills nor any respect for his staff or customers! Rude obnoxious human being!
I feel sick to know that someone like him can manage a business in Fountain gate.
I will never go there again I dont want anyone to buy me anything from there, I don't want my friends or my family to go there!
Please anyone don't go here!

The worst customer service ever, they just lied to me in order to make a sale, then two weeks later I'm still waiting for their call, I've been told a few times that the elusive call will come tomorrow.
I would never buy from them again.

Horrible customer service by older man, rude & arrogant. Unfortunately I was lied to when I asked if there was nickle present in the jewelry & have had a horrible allergic reaction to one of the chains sold to me!
