I Blend Traditional Wisdom with Medical Science and a touch of Intuition. I have been hand-blending herbs and creating plant medicine in my local community of Newcastle, for well over 25 years. My journey as a Herbalist began in my grandparent’s backyard, with chickens to chase and eggs to collect. From helping in the veggie garden, planting seeds, and then eating what was grown. I began my study of Herbal Medicine in the early nineties, and this is where my passion for plants and their healing energies grew and flourished, and I knew I had found my calling. My interest is in all areas of health, including gut and bowel, food intolerances, skin conditions, hormonal health, and fertility.
