Shelly Point Apartments in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast

We booked 1 weeks accomodation from 22/12/2016, payed the deposit no problems, on the 22/1/2016 I got a phone call asking when will we be theire, we book for December, they have an email we sent them for the day we asked for, so they blamed me for giving the wrong dates, I sent an email to to show the new dates never got one, they rang on Monday and asked for more money, so I told them to cancel the booking as I was not happy how she spoke to me about her getting the dates wrong, so she hung up on me. I rang back and asked why she hung up on me reason I was very rude to her, I wanted to ask about her trying to blame me for her mistake, but was told it was all my fault, now trying to get the deposit back we see how long that will take.
