Simply Baked in Brighton

The philosophy of Simply Baked is seasonal, local organic and bio dynamic ingredients. This also extends to organic milk, coffee and tea. The result is the most delicious coffee (and I drink decaf!) ever! Each time I have been there's a new combination in salads, baked goods and produce, so you are not always able to go back and have what you did last time, but the food is wonderful, and the seasonality makes you appreciate the flavours so much more.
A smaller place, you can see the goings on, and you can also pick up food for home. It's a wonderful flavour filled experience.
