Got a quote which they later said was wrong.
On installation broke two tiles which they replaced. Left a roll of wire on the roof, two panels flexed and another broken tile that could only be seen from the neighbours.
So they came back replaced the tile and gathered their roll and straightened the two panels. Following the big storm found water damage in the sewing room ceiling stained, carpet soaked. I climb in the ceiling and immediately adjacent to a mounting bracket is a broken tile they have pushed the edge back in place.
Call Solahart Newcastle they send somebody straight out. He has a look and says they tightened the mounting bracket too tight and that caused the tile to break. Lifts the panel - replaces the tile and takes some photos.
Don't hear from Solahart for a few days. Ring the Office - they say they will get back to me. Don't hear from them. Told to ring Manager, Anthony Roberts, leave messages for him - he says he will get back to me. Don't hear from him.
Finally ring him back again - he tells me they think it is storm damage and will send somebody out. Three weeks later still have not seen anybody.
What a waste of space. Avoid.
