This is a very unfaithful and unhonest business. I am NOT recommend this business to anyone.

We found them on 17th Dec 2016, to remove 3 pieces of concrete blocks in our back yard. He has given us a quote of $242 incl GST through text message. We agreed straight away and he agreed to come on Monday 19th Dec 2016 to do the work. He came around 9.45am on Monday as agreed. He broke 2 concrete into pieces and told us around 11am that he would like to have lunch. He asked us for $140 deposit and we gave him the money. After waiting for more than 3 hours, we called him trying to find out if everything is ok. He didn't pick up, instead he blocked us (it went straight to voice mail). I tried to text him and he didn't reply. I tried to call him in a different phone number just to check if he got in trouble or something and he called back! (which means he is just hiding from us). Once he heard my voice, he hang up immediately without saying a word.

This is absolutely terrible, I cannot believe this would happen in Australia. We trust him so much and he innocent people like this. Shame on him. Hope he has a very Merry Christmas with that $140.
