I had my dog booked with clear instructions on a full clip, a trim of ears/tail, my partner attended as I was working, when my dog was returned, the job was very shabby, with a slap dash clip, uneven clipping (tufts of hair coming off toes). His face hair left on, also the price is unreal, I normally pay $50, and the quality of the job is not as good as my regular lady who clips between his toes which they've not done. They charged me $65 for the pleasure!! Also his coat is still quite long which will require another clip within 8 weeks.

I called the business to try to come to an agreement - they were very rude, and basically gave me no solution to rectify my dissatisfaction - avoid these people, they're out for your money and have no pride in their work whatsoever (I note another review on womo from a year ago quoting $45 for her clip - just another example of their lack of integrity and service to their customers - 45% increase in a year? I'm in the wrong business!).
