Rude and arrogant. Extremely poor service here.
I went there this morning to buy a new charger for my Electrolux stick vac. He tells me that he doesn't carry it and would have to order it in. I politely pointed out to him that the charger I want is on his website. He then gets all cocky and says 'I've never sold one and never kept it in stock. I manage the website so I should know what's on it'.
Well the charger IS on your website so obviously you don't know your own business.
I ended up going to Statewide Appliances, got the part I wanted and got a LOT better service!
