Strata Clean in Upper Hermitage

We engaged Strata Clean, and were dissapointed by the level of service provided, particularly given the premium paid.
Some pretty clear instructions were given regarding aspects of the job, these were ignored in favour of what I can only assume was more expedient for them. Given this and the cost - value for money was weighted in their favour and not mine. One thing they did get right was cleaning out my bank balance.
