Stylish Dog Grooming in Essendon

Our dog sustained an injury at the Stylish Dog Grooming premises whilst being groomed by Nicky Renwood.
There is a lack of customer service and duty of care as Nicky failed to notify us of our dogs injury or even showed any interest when she was questioned if she knew what has happened. She appeared cold and even rude to our worry about our dogs injury.
Since the visit our dog has had no feeling in her legs and had a spinal injury. She had to undergo an operation. The recovery period is about 6 weeks. Nicky Renwood appears as a professional dog groomer and a licensed dog show judge but she has showed no professionalism in her services or any care for our dog.
