Swaggies Take Away in Winnellie, Darwin

I have been visiting Swaggies 3-4 times a week for the last 3 or 4 months. I generally buy lunches for myself and 2 employees.

The last time I frequented there I was quite rudely berrated by the manager/owner in front of 2 other customers that I should be placing phone orders if needing more than 2 sandwiches at once. I was quite taken back and advised her that I didn't mind waiting. I was then told off again and said that it puts them out if I need 3 sandwiches at once!
Whilst waiting I then listened to the manager telling off another customer stating 'I can't do everything!'
I couldn't believe the rudeness.
Very disappointing, as Swaggies is quite convenient but I will not be visiting there again.
