DISGRACEFUL.
Their technician replaced my hard drive and advised me to take the 'broken' one to a data recovery service which I did immediately.
$400 for my recovered data and 48 hours later the laptop crashed again. After taking it to another technician I discovered that my old hard drive was in fact fine and the graphics chip was the real issue, the cost of which was covered by an extended warranty roll out program.
Although I informed System Requirements of this and disputed their charges I received no refund or form of compensation. They took two weeks to finish working on my laptop, didn't answer their phone on the multiple occasions I called and were also closed an hour or so early on two occasions when I went to their store.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.
As a side note, they have a certificate framed on their wall from Intel authorising them as an approved dealer from January to July of 1996. This is the most current one on display and only item on the wall other than the clear acrylic brochure holders with a couple of flyers and decaying collection of dead bugs.
