Poor service, no accountability when they don't deliver on items we paid for!
Terrible lack of customer service when they make a mistake!
Tappa Nappa forgot to deliver vases for our centrepieces for a wedding of 350 guests in The Great Hall at the National Gallery of Victoria. We (bride & groom) had to contact them do bring the vases when we arrived at reception. Late, they brought assorted shaped vases that couldn't hold the centrepiece flower & branch arrangement and kept falling over into the guests meal. It made our whole night run 1 hour late as we couldn't welcome guests in until centrepieces arrived.
I am so disappointed with the customer service as I have had to continually follow up with calls and emails, waiting weeks-months for a reply. I still have not received a reply, so I am forced to this review.
No acceptance of fault or formal apology or monetary compensation was given. If you want to ensure that your wedding centrepieces will be there on time, DO NOT USE TAPPA NAPPA.
Tappa nappa, do not contract them for your wedding! They do not deliver and even though they admit liability and acknowledge a debt, they do not pay back the money! We are still waiting two months after the wedding for our refund of $1,300 plus! She blames her staff but in fact she is the one that is to blame. Cost us dearly and ruined our daughter's wedding. Went from having an elebrate plan to no plan on the day! The owner slept in and was running three hours behind. Phoned us 20 minutes before the wedding and advised us she would be there in 15 minutes! My response, don't bother! Only reason she is getting one star is because I have to!
