Taylor Stones in Box Hill

The manager/owner of this business was extremely insensitive in his manner and language towards me on numerous occasions. Example: I said I would like to visit their showroom or whatever their premises was called up in Box Hill; he cut me off and retorted somewhat mockingly, "showroom?! We're not BHP, we don't have a showroom!". When he returned my phone call as he had to take another call, I informed him that to be honest, I didn't like his phone manner and felt he had been rude to me, he hung up on me. He is extremely abrupt and inappropriate, and considering he often deals with recently bereaved people, I don't know understand how he is still operating.
