The Dogfather in Greensborough, Banyule

We took our Pom X to Dogfather quite a few times for a groom that included wash and cut + teeth and nails. Unfortunately it seems they lack the skill to properly groom dogs with long fur and each time they chose to do a close clipper. The last time they clippered her fur so short she barely had any left and if that isn't bad enough they full clippered her tail and face and even cut off her whiskers.
She is now incredibly scared to be brushed or have anyone touch her head - where before she would allow us to brush her every day. We always found them to be unprofessional but this was the last straw.
They would also book her in for a certain time but keep her there for hours with other dogs despite the fact they were told she is scared of other animals.
We have not been there for quite a long time but I have felt the need to post this as we are still seeing the devastating effects of their mistreatment of her.
