Do not even bother with these guys! They own Totalspan Morayfield too!
Took far too long to build my carport. Forced me to remove the old carport which I double checked as it would mean 100m2 of water would have no drainage if it rained. They stated the builder would be there any time in the next 2 weeks and it had to be removed. Took over 3 months to build from them telling me this.
Had 3 major storms where I was outside bucketing water from under my house. Caused major cracks to 6 brand new internal walls, flooded under my house and buckled my brand new front door. Made excuses for everything and ended up refusing to answer emails.
Extremely unimpressed with their customer service and eventually had to instigate a legal team, and of course the next day they turn up to build. Spoke to other people after signing the contract and was laughed at because these guys are known to be terrible! At everything!
