Had been a loyal customer for many years but when I purchased a toy that was not fit for purpose, their friendly attitude changed dramatically, becoming negative and uncompromising.

I am keen to support local business and although the toys are expensive I have been prepared to pay a premium, but not at the cost of being exploited.
