Terrible business to deal with. Over priced service, over promises and under delivers. Everything they touch goes to crap after a few months and then they will place the blame on you and charge you again to "fix" it.
My refrigeration unit was repaired by them and it failed a mere 3 months later. They told me it was out of warranty (something that the manufacturer stated was untrue when I appealed to their operations manager), and tried to make me pay for the repairs - when it was their bad workmanship that was the cause of the problem in the first place! (incorrect valve settings and failing to flush out the system properly).
Went to another business and the problem was fixed mere hours later, and no problems ever since. Go figure.
