Trident Glory Pty Ltd in Kenmore Hills, Brisbane

I ordered a small item from Noveltyshop.com owned by Trident Glory. I sent three emails to find out about the progress of the order and didn't receive any responses... nothing... It's a very poor customer service standard that they provide, even though they say its excellent. So if you are ordering goods don't expect any help from this company or its subsiduaries...
