Warrigal Blinds in Warilla, Shellharbour

Bad customer service. Our hinges on the screen door started to rust after 5 months and within 2 months we struggle to get the key in the lock.
When we called to have someone come out they said it was out of warranty due to a 6 mth warranty period and we left it a few weeks too late to call.
The lady on the phone said we would have to pay to have someone come out and the hinges are rusting because we live near the ocean which we don't.

A horrible experience. The sales rep promised a delivery time that they later said they had no intention of meeting. All we heard were poor excuses and rudeness from all we encountered at Warrigal. No apology or sympathy from management. Disgraceful customer service and an ordinary product when finally delivered.
I could not possibly give them a worse review.
