If you are planning to buy a car, I would request you to negotiate minimum $5000 for the brand new car. As that is the actual margin to negotiate. Also, get the cooling off period as he will not let you go off otherwise in case you decide to cancel the deal.
They don't let you sign the cooling off period form to not let you go elsewhere. Big cheats they did not let me fill that form and told me cooling off is not available.
I would recommend please take a quote from him and go to other deals to get the good price.
