Shocked at level of customer service.
Last Saturday 28 November I was overcharged $90, on Monday 30 November I went back with both $90 receipts. Requested a refund in same way I paid i.e. credit card. Duty Manger refunded with cash, no apology for double charge!
I asked for refund in same way I paid i.e. credit card. Duty Manager rudely spoke to me - "you got the cash refund what is your problem". I responded, I want refund in same way I paid for the product & asked the manager to try the refund on the efptos machine. Manager did not know how to refund this way.
Products are excellent at this butcher, however I will not return due to way I was spoken to by the duty Manager.
My suggestion - this Manager should learn how to operate the business point of sale/eftpos & more importantly learn some manners. Incompetent duty Manager.
