We keep class sizes small to maximise attention, which helps accelerate each student's technique and progression.
Focusing on two of Yoga's most distinct styles - Hatha and Vinyasa - her teaching method emphasises correct technique and the mastery of each pose. With over 20 years' experience, Puneeta has taught a wide range of students whom, with regular class attendance, have gone on to master the most difficult poses known in Yoga.
